Manufacturer's Warranty
Manufacturer’s Warranty: All warranties for materials (such as vinyl, aluminum, chain link or treated lumber) are provided solely by the respective manufacturer. Our aluminum feature limited lifetime warranties and are American made! Turner Fence hereby assigns all such warranties to the Customer. We do not independently warrant any materials or products against defects, fading, or structural failure inherent to the manufacturing process.
Our Labor Commitment: While we do not warrant the material itself, Turner Fence is proud to offer a unique service standard: If a manufacturer confirms a valid warranty claim on a product we installed, Turner Fence will provide the labor to remove and replace the defective material at no additional cost to the homeowner.
Our Workmanship Guarantee
Separate from the materials used, Turner Fence provides a dedicated Workmanship Warranty that covers the integrity of the installation itself for all fence types. To see our specifics on our wood fence warranty, scroll down.

Our Wood Fence Warranty
This is a five-year limited, non-transferable workmanship warranty for wood fencing. This warranty includes any damage due to lack of quality construction such as:
- 2×4’s pulling completely away from 4×4 or 6×6 posts
- Pine or Cedar fence pickets pulling completely away from 2×4’s
- Gates becoming in such a way as to where they are not useable
- Posts coming lose from cement or falling over
An application of wood fence specific oil-based sealant with stain must be applied within the first three months to maintain warranty. One such recommended product is Sherwin Williams SuperDeck. This warranty does not cover the natural bowing, splitting and shrinking or natural “checks” (cracks) in fence boards that may happen over time. However, if the lumber bows so that it pulls away from the structure that it is nailed to, it shall be covered within this workmanship warranty. This warranty does not cover fencing which has been damaged due to misuse, abuse, fire, flood, or “Acts of God.” To execute a warranty, claim the homeowner must email a photograph of the damage to the email address provided above. Following, Turner Fence shall have two weeks to act upon this warranty claim.
We proudly use high quality manufacturers for our products that provide a structural limited lifetime warranty for wood fences. Additionally, our manufacturer provides a 1-year limited warranty for the pickets that we honor as well. If any of the wood products themselves appear faulty or fail within the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty and they accept your claim, Turner Fence will provide the labor to remove and reinstall the warrantied product.
